Chef de Partie – Pen Yen - Soho Farmhouse
Located within Soho Farmhouse, Pen Yen is a 200-seat lakeside restaurant serving modern Asian cuisine, taking inspiration from the culinary traditions of Japan and China. As in other Soho House restaurants, the menu showcases local ingredients at their seasonal best. Our chefs pick fresh vegetables, fruit and herbs from our on-site orchard and walled garden, and we work closely with local farms to source the best meat and dairy products in the area.
Soho Farmhouse is a 100-acre estate and members’ club, set in the Oxfordshire countryside, located just outside of Chipping Norton. The site comprises of log cabins spread around lakes, as well as the main Farmhouse and cottage, pools, a gym, Cowshed spa, tennis courts, cinema and paddock.

If you are passionate about hospitality and have previous commis chef experience working in a fast-pace and high volume restaurant or hotel, then we want to hear from you. Due to the nature of the cuisine full training will be provided should you have no experience - it is the passion for the food that counts! We have a fantastic team trained in Sushi, Kimchi, Bao and Tempura - great new skills for you to learn!
